As
informed by the Contractor on 22 Aug 2014, EPD referred a complainant to this
Contract on 21 August 2014, the complainant raised concern about uncovered
sand barges at the sea area outside Melody Garden, Tuen
Mun, sand were brought to inside of houses by wind
and also causing the vicinity to be covered with sand and dust. After
investigation, there is no adequate information to conclude the observed
impact is related to this Contract. |
