7.1 Implementation Status

According to the EPD’s letter (EPD ref. () in AX(12) in EP771/E1/100), EPD has no comment on the Proposal for Termination of EM&A Programme in Construction Phase, the EM&A programme for Contract No: HY/2019/01 have been terminated on 5 July 2022. The implementation status of the environmental mitigation measures during the reporting period is summarized in Appendix C.
