No Action/Limit Level exceedance was recorded
for air quality and construction noise.
8.3
There are seventeen Action Level exceedances
and six Limit Level exceedances were recorded for
dissolved oxygen. Seven Action Level exceedances and
twenty-six Limit Level exceedances for turbidity were
recorded. Five Action exceedances and thirty Limit
Level exceedances for suspended solids were recorded.
8.4
According to the investigation, no major marine construction activities
were conducted during the monitoring period. Therefore, all exceedances
are considered not due to the Contract.
8.5
No environmental related complaint was received in the reporting period.

There was no prosecution or notification of summons received since the Contract
commencement.
