No
Action/Limit Level exceedance was recorded for air
quality and construction noise.
8.3
All
water quality monitoring was conducted as scheduled in the reporting month.
There are six Action Level and one Limit Level exceedances for suspended solids were recorded. No
Action/Limit Level exceedances for dissolved oxygen
and turbidity were recorded.
8.4
According
to the investigation, no pollution discharge was observed from the site. In
addition, sediment plume due to natural fluctuation of shallow water and
discharging from the area outside the site boundary to the
monitoring station were observed. In addition, some of the exceeded results were similar or within
the ranges baseline monitoring results. Therefore, the exceedances
are considered not due to the Contract.
8.5
One environmental
related complaint was received in the reporting month. The Complaint Log is
attached in Appendix P.
8.6
There
was no prosecution or notification of summons received since the Contract
commencement.
