EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Introduction

1. This is the 53^rd monthly Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) Report prepared by Cinotech Consultants Limited for the project ¡§Contract No. HY/2011/09 ¡V Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Link Road ¡V Section between HKSAR Boundary and Scenic Hill¡¨ (hereinafter called the ¡§Contract¡¨). This report documents the findings of EM&A Works conducted in June 2017.

4. All 1-hour TSP monitoring was conducted as scheduled in the reporting month. No Action/Limit Level exceedance was recorded.

24-hour TSP Monitoring

5. All 24-hour TSP monitoring was conducted as scheduled in the reporting month. No Action/Limit Level exceedance was recorded.

Construction Noise

6. All construction noise monitoring was conducted as scheduled in the reporting month. No Action/Limit Level exceedance was recorded.

Water Quality

7. All water quality monitoring was conducted as scheduled in the reporting month except water quality monitoring during mid-ebb tide on 12^th June 2017 which was cancelled due to adverse weather condition (Strong Wind Signal No.3). No Action/Limit Level exceedance was recorded.

Complaint Log

8. No environmental complaint was received in the reporting month.

9. No notification of summons and successful prosecution was received in the reporting month.
