are 4 Action Level exceedances and 3 Limit Level exceedances were recorded for suspended solids.

According
to the investigation, no pollution discharge from the marine works and no exceedances were recorded at the impact stations (i.e. IS1
to IS4) which are close to construction site. In addition, sediment plume due
to natural fluctuation of shallow water was observed and water quality
mitigation measures such as casing and silt curtains were properly implemented.
Therefore, all exceedances are considered not due to
the Contract.
