This is the 4th Quarterly Environmental Monitoring and Audit
(EM&A) Report prepared by Cinotech Consultants
Limited for the project “Contract No. HY/2011/09 – Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Link Road – Section between
HKSAR Boundary and Scenic Hill” (hereinafter called the “Contract”). This report documents the findings of EM&A Works performed in the
period between December 2013 and February 2014.

Remark: (1)
In view of
the construction activities have no significant change in December 2013, no
additional land-based dolphin behavior and movement
monitoring was conducted in December 2013.

Detailed
monitoring methodology and results in January 2014 will be provided in a
separate report after the completion of full set of additional land-based
dolphin behavior and movement monitoring.
(3) Due to the short notice given to Dolphin
Specialist, additional land-based dolphin behaviour
and movement monitoring could not be arranged on 27 and 28 February 2014.

Environmental monitoring works were performed in the reporting period
and all monitoring results were checked and reviewed. The details of each exceedance
