EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Introduction

1. This is the 16^th Quarterly Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) Report prepared by Cinotech Consultants Limited for the project ¡§Contract No. HY/2011/09 ¡V Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Link Road ¡V Section between HKSAR Boundary and Scenic Hill¡¨ (hereinafter called the ¡§Contract¡¨). This report documents the findings of EM&A Works performed in the period between December 2016 and February 2017.

Remark: ⁽¹⁾ Water quality monitoring scheduled on 30^th January 2017 was cancelled due to no marine construction works were conducted during the Chinese New Year holiday (28^th to 31^st January 2017).
