[3] Water quality monitoring (Mid-Ebb) on 12^th September 2018 was cancelled due to adverse weather (Strong Wind Signal No.3)

[4] Water quality monitoring on 17^th September 2018 was cancelled due to adverse weather (Strong Wind Signal No.3)

[5] Water quality monitoring (Mid-Ebb) on 2^nd and 15^th October 2018 were cancelled due to safety reason. The reasons for no alternative include:

a) The tidal ranges of the alternative is less than 0.5m
b) Two sets of monitoring are not less than 36 hours
